Action & Nourishment
Building the Routine. Now that the foundation is solid, we care for the body. We create a specific workout type you will love with reasonable goals. We work on nutrition to nourish your energy, not to starve it.
Autonomy
Real Life Integration. We tackle challenges and real-life obstacles. We review your progress. The goal of these last sessions is to prepare you to thrive independently. You find your own power.

What I ask from You
Commitment to Yourself: Life gets hard, but momentum is key. One session every 4 weeks is not possible for real transformation, and I don't feel comfortable working that way. We need consistency to see results.
Responsibility: I am responsible for the tools, the support, and the map. But the journey belongs to what you truly want to achieve.
What I Promise You
Safe Space: Confidentiality and No Judgment. We keep what serves you and ditch what doesn’t.
Trust & Ethics: I trust your capacities. You don't need me to "fix" you. I am a partner giving you tools. My methods are certified (ICF, ASESCO).
